A Hall Angle Sensor 0-360 Degree
Переглядів 5043 місяці тому
The Hall Angle Sensor is a miniature 360-degree sensor that works based on the principle of the Hall effect. It works with a 5V DC power supply. The analog output is also 0~5V so it can work directly with Arduino. The Hall angle sensor works by converting its angle information to an electrical signal, it outputs an electrical signal that is proportional to the rotational angle. ...................

Hold?
what are these stips can be used for?
Guys I need an urgent answer Does it get the command and the power directly from the arduino with no driver in between????!
20kh meaning nearest to shaft 20kg when it increase the distance potential reduces
Most idiotic thing I've ever seen in my life.. If you cut bottom by hand you can easily cut the top and just collapse the rest length wise.

How many watts is the pump?
0.5Hp or 0.37kw
Hi I did everything right but when I plug the water pump the arduino doesnt have power
You may have connected the wrong circuit.Check carefully.
Hi, can you tell me how to make a module for 3 phase 3kvar capacitor switching with timers to on and off at given time?
Are you making the Power Factor Correction circuit?.Please tell my about your project.
@@MrProjectTSE Hi, yes my project is based on pf correction, but to a specific 3 phase ac load. I'm currently stuck at this project. Basically I have a 5hp 3 phase submersible motor, which pf is lagging. As I have only one motor load, 1 three phase capacitor(2kvar or 3 kvar) is sufficient. Now I want this capacitor to be operated after a min once the motor complete its flc when turned on anytime. Like a delay switch of 1 min to a capacitor makes sense, but can't able to progress in this project, any help from you is greatly helpful. Hoping a reply soon with a solution for my problem. Thanks and regards 😊.
@@MrProjectTSE and forgot to say, I only have 3 phase supply r,y,b from the transformer with no neutral.
Hi can I ask what is the outlet you used to connect the Hi link mini isolator to the water pump?

Genial
Can you tell me if pin 5 and pin 16 of TCA use AC or DC power?
Watch the post at: www.youtube.com/@MrProjectTSE/community
what wire did you use to connect the ssr and Hi link mini isolator to the ac? did u plug it in into the convenience outlet?
1.s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_oDBrp6w 2. Yes
Great info, but where does one find non-counterfeit HT-12D/E today?
What is the working voltage and current required to run this high torque servo motor?
Great! by the way do the the Mini isolator connected to the AC paired with the excess wires on the Motor and relay?
I have to apologize, the relay was used for another project, but I didn't remove it The relay that you saw, I didn't use it
the connection of the Hi link mini isolator was both AC connected to the AC source of the motor?
Usually, Hilink will isolate the AC from the DC side, You can use the same AC supply as the motor. However, to be sure you should check the isolation of the power supply. @@johnreyespano8346
what is the material called in inserting the pin of Hi link isolator that attached with the wire?
do you have a sample code on arduino?
It's 25 kg-cm of torque. Looking at the bracket on Amazon, the load is no less than 30 mm or 3 cm from the servo pivot point. Max torque occurs when arm is perpendicular to the ground. The 3kg load requires 9 kg-cm to lift and the 5 kg load requires 15 kg-cm. Of course the arm starts out at about 30 degrees from the perpendicular so reduce your available torque by cos(30)=0.866 or by about 15% (1.0-0.866). Hence the 5 kg load now takes over 17 kg-cm to get moving. Of course as someone else pointed out these motors are always OVER-rated by the manufacturer as they quote STALL torque and not RATED torque.Odds are good the servo rated torque is about 1/3rd of the 25 kg or about 9 kg-cm. So now we see why the 3 kg load worked like a charm, the 5 kg not so much.
Useful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Like 😮
Useful for me, Thank!.
Coffee bean grinder does the same job and makes it finer
Make the holes very tiny, to avoid leaving marks on the pvc
You must take into account the distance from the pinion to the arm that supports the load, if for example it is 5cm, it would be 25kg*cm/ 5cm, that is to say it would support just the 5kg, in addition your power supply must be good and deliver enough current... Excellent video editing, I loved it
Great video! By the way, what modules did you use to connect arduino to SSR? Thank you!

A Relay module was not used in this circuit . We direct drive from Arduino Nano.
Thanks man clear and straight to the point perfect but of extra info how secure is the encoder and decoder if I make a separate board will they interfere with each other ?
If you want certainty and can develop it, 24L01 , 2.4 GHZ is recommended. s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DmTxfOz And if you want a distance of kilometers, it is recommended to study LoRa . s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DnSQMud
Sad this beautiful ic is obsolete. Gotta use microcontrollers now
Hello nice job, this a digital or analog servo ?
Kodingnya dong
Nice demo. I had no idea a 25kg servo could move so much weight.
can we use esp32 instead arduino nano ?
Yes
You can use all microcontroller boards.
It seems that neither circuit provides precise zero-crossing
Yes right. In diode or transistor based zero crossing detectors, the 0.7 Volt will be the detection point. For precise detection, use opamp based circuit.
🎉
Can you give me the schematic diagram for this sir? Thank you
I post a picture diagram at the community: www.youtube.com/@MrProjectTSE/community
This is amazing
what type of material is the blue hose? Did you use sand to fill it up? 😊
Dear friend its old vedio. But maybe you help out. What is the sequance for password? If i am using 2 rf modules for diffrent project but in same place. Mean same house
Thanku sir🙏
Amazing, how about the collapsing emf from the motor sir, would it not be harmful with the ssr? Did you put some back emf protection in the ckt? Thank you so much..
Couldn’t you pick a dumber song?
This test is not adequate. You cannot draw enough power from the arduino 5V to power this servo fully, an arduino uno can suply about 500ma at 5v, which is probably 30% of the amperage required. You must also take in to account the lever arm length. 25kg-cm is equivalent to 12.5kg-2cm.
Start clip, I use supply from Arduino board for test software only. Load test,I use external power supply that you can see voltage and current display in my clip.
@@MrProjectTSE I could not see the power supply in your torque tests. At 2.8cm lever arm, the stall torque would be around 9kg-cm. That is, the servo will stall at that weight. I assume you may not have supplied enough current or the servo is rated incorrectly.
when i test the output of that module without battery connected, it is 5.6v. is it safe? i know the output must be 4.2v ir or less.
네. 감사합니다~
What to do if current consumption of relau is higher than 40mA?
Arduino can't drive relay .You must use driver circuit that can supply current over 40mA.
Awesome 🔥🔥🔥

And if you don't have a masdive workshop, hundreds of dollars worth of equipment and lots of time on your hands, you can just use a household clothes iron with a paper barrier between the plastic and the iron
It'd be cool to have a heating element 12" directly over the vacuum that heats the plastic from above. The vacuum could be supported by 4 ⅛" steel rods, 1 at each corner, that doubles as a slider track that is always perfectly centered from start to finish. I'm sure there's a few more steps involved, just throwing ideas out there for someone..
